Hooray for all that. It's a good feeling getting the grades in. I like AK, too. The part where she confesses her affair to her husband just kills me. It's so sad for both of them, the way they misunderstand each other.

It's been a while since I read Anna Karenina. I didn't LOVE it then, but my perspective on books has a tendency to change over time.
Steph and Nicole--I read AK a LONG time ago, and it seems so new and dazzlingly beautiful to me now. I wonder if I read it in a hurry to please someone else e.g. parents/teachers? Now that I'm old, I can really appreciate it in a way teenage me really couldn't.
