Also wonderful--realizing with relief that what I took to be two spots of fungal infection on my arm are just the marks from my Covid and flu shots from last week.
Here's to entering 2026 with good health, good cheer, peace, and success, everyone! 💗

Happy new year friend! We have so much snow here but it’s been a good year for sledding. Last year the only time we sledded was the weekend of Easter! Which was depressing! The boys got sleds so I am glad they can put them to use. Paul has been 3 times since Christmas Day!
Happy New Year! Rex also loves the snow and he hasn't gotten any! Well, what can you do. I'm glad your arm is okay!
Happy New Year! What a terrific card!
We got so much blowing snow that the front door was frozen shut, and I couldn't get out to feed my birds this morning until I heated it with my hairdryer. Piper took one look at all the snow and refused to leave the house for the first time ever. He's been in bed ever since.
Happy New Year! We are in WV and there's snow and it's making Beth happy except when it's making her sad because she is still too injured to hike in it.
Wishing you a glorious and very happy new year! Believe me, you deserve it. (I wish I could greet the snow with Max's enthusiasm. Not happening!)
Yes! It's snowing and cold, but Hannah had the zoomies in the snow this afternoon and it was the most adorable thing EVER. EVER!!!
Happy New Year to you and yours!
My childhood dog Samantha, in Alaska, she sure loved the snow! Zoomies, and when she would fall through it and them jump and bound about in joy, so fun. I love it. Happy New Year!
I can see it in my head, so perfect!
I'm so happy to hear the kids are enjoying their Christmas presents! It sounds so picturebook-perfect!
Poor Rexie! Does he like to roll around in it too? I hope you get at least one good snowstorm!
Piper! Our Huck is the same!! (The thing with the door sounds positively apocalyptic... Brrr.)
I believe only Max can pull that off, Jeanie. We'll just drink hot cocoa and wait for Spring... Now that's a season I can truly marvel at!
What a thing to happen the year she planned to retire, Steph. Best wishes for Beth's complete healing.
That's adorable--all these puppers enjoying the snow. They do say we'd enjoy the snow better if we had the right clothes. (So maybe if I had fur?)
I love your holiday card! So festive and colorful and cheery!
Thank you, Suzanne <3
Onward and upward, friend
😘
