ALL FALL

Leaves fly

Gilded by joy

Above trees

Beyond branches

Free

Yes, but then gravity pulls the leaves down to the Earth. More leaves pile on top compressing them. As they decay in an oxygen starved environment and the pressure builds they will be turned to coal. Eventually (after millions or 100s of millions of years) they might turn into the oil that we pump into our cars and send young men overseas to die for.

Leaves should enjoy their freedom while they have it.

I like your poem though.

I guess that's the reason i stick to *my* universe, which is made of poems (not atoms).
